Japanese Film Night

Friday, May 25, 7:30 PM.

May’s film is “UDON,” a 2006 dramedy directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro. This film argues that udon is truly the Japanese soul food. Founded on that premise, “UDON” ties together the lives and passions of characters who are changed when a local udon fad sweeps over Japan. When Yosuke Santamaria, a failed stand up comedian, meets a harried local journalist, their chemistry helps fuel a food phenomenon.

The film is free and open to the public. Join us for an outstanding Japanese film!
