Children Age 3 through entering 6th Grade will experience an adventure of a lifetime with God! VBS incorporates music, science, crafts, games, and Bible stories to help kids discover a life-long mission with God.
More information on this year’s theme and dates in July will be available soon!
In the meantime, here are more details:
On Monday morning, participants are asked to arrive at 8:45 AM to sign in, receive their name tag, and find their Small Group for the week.
The program begins promptly at 9:00 AM and concludes at 1:30 PM.
Parents or assigned guardians must sign in and sign out their children every day of Vacation Bible School. Please enter and exit through the church’s front gate for drop-off and pick-up.
On Wednesday, participants are asked to wear their VBS T-shirts for the group photo. (T-shirts are distributed on Monday, the first day of VBS.)
On Friday, parents and friends are invited to a VBS Program in the Sanctuary. The children will share songs and stories from VBS, and the VBS video will be shown. Following the program, everyone is invited for lunch in the Social Hall.
VBS Worship is held on Sunday at 9:30 AM in the Sanctuary. The participants and Youth Assistants will lead worship. Everyone will enjoy seeing the completed VBS video! After worship, families are encouraged to stay for refreshments and conversation in the Social Hall at 10:30 AM.
Please note: All of the VBS teachers and key leaders over 18 years old have been certified by Safe Gatherings, a comprehensive system that incorporates an online application, several levels of background checks, paperless reference checks, and online abuse prevention training.
